An iPod in 1984?

I was looking at the Apple site, where they are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Macintosh computer. They posted a QuickTime version of the original ad for the Macintosh that aired on the Super Bowl telecast of that year. Only thing is, it wasn't the original ad - something was definitely changed.

Look closely at the video, and notice something that would have been impossible in 1984. The woman carrying the hammer is wearing an iPod. This is rather strange, considering that the iPod was not introduced until 2001. It appears that they have digitally inserted an iPod on to her waist. This may be cool, and a way to tie the past with the future, but I personally hate when ads or movies are modified in this manner. It stinks of revisionist history (just like George Lucas' Special Editions of the original Star Wars trilogy, which now are the only versions available).

This is the actual unmodified ad, for those who want to see what it really looked like, i.e. no iPod.
